I was lead producer for Season 3 of the award-winning podcast Get Birding, a show that aims to make birdwatching and nature accessible to all. The series explored everything from birdsong and poetry to parenting, as well as tackling themes like women’s safety in nature, the biodiversity crisis, and the lack of diversity in wildlife media.
Get Birding S3 was presented by the incredible Kwesia, aka City Girl in Nature, who brought an inspiring and unique perspective to the whole series, not to mention a whole load of energy, warmth and curiosity.
Get Birding won the Climate Award at the British Podcast Awards 2024, as well as the Sustainability & Climate Award at the Audio Production Awards 2024.
